Welcome to Axis Designer.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or taking any service from Axis Designer, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.

2. Services We Provide
Axis Designer offers the following services:

  2. ✓ Structural Design
  3. ✓ Electrical Design
  4. ✓ Plumbing Design
  5. ✓ Interior Design
  6. ✓ 3D Visualization (if applicable)
  7. ✓ Consultancy & Site Support (if applicable)
We reserve the right to update or modify our services at any time.

3. Project Requirements
Clients must provide:
  1. ✓ Accurate land measurements
  2. ✓ Necessary documents (layout plan, land mutation, etc.)
  3. ✓ Requirements & design preferences
  4. ✓ Local authority rules (if needed)
Any delay in providing required information may delay project delivery.

4. Payment Terms
  1. ✓ Payment must be made as per the agreed package or quotation.
  2. ✓ Work will begin only after initial confirmation or advance payment.
  3. ✓ Remaining payments must be cleared before final file delivery.
  4. ✓ Payments are non-refundable once design work has started (except if stated in refund policy).
5. Design Delivery
  1. ✓ Delivery time depends on project size and client requirements.
  2. ✓ Revisions are allowed based on the selected package.
  3. ✓ Extra revisions beyond the package will require additional charge.
  4. ✓ Final deliverables may include PDF, Image files, or Editable files depending on package.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
  1. ✓ Provide correct information
  2. ✓ Communicate clearly
  3. ✓ Approve or request changes within the stated time
  4. ✓ Not misuse our designs or resell to third parties
7. Intellectual Property
All designs created by Axis Designer remain our intellectual property unless fully purchased under a separate agreement.
Clients are not allowed to:
  1. ✓ Sell our designs
  2. ✓ Claim them as their own work
  3. ✓ Distribute without permission
We may use the design for marketing or portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability
Axis Designer is not responsible for:
  1. ✓ Construction errors
  2. ✓ Structural failure due to improper execution
  3. ✓ Modifications done by clients or third-party engineers
  4. ✓ Delays caused by client-side communication gaps or missing documents
9. Third-Party Tools & Services
  1. ✓ Our website or services may use third-party tools such as payment gateways, media hosting, etc.
  2. ✓ We are not responsible for any error or issue from those third-party services.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
  1. ✓ We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
  2. ✓ Updated terms will apply immediately once published on our website.
